Ben Endsley serves as the General Manager of Hollingshead Cement, located in Smyrna, TN. With more than two decades of experience in the Building Material sales and service industry, Ben joined SRM in 2021 with a strong commitment to providing exceptional service to customers. Outside of work, Ben, along with his wife Jennifer, enjoys raising their three daughters—Rachel, Kate, and Morgan. An enthusiastic outdoorsman, Ben enjoys hunting and fishing in his spare time.

Tim is the VP of Sales for Hollingshead Cement, a Division of SRM Concrete. Tim earned his B.A. from Framingham State University outside of Boston, Massachusetts in 2001. Tim’s career began with a cement company where he worked in the back office. Tim worked his way up to becoming the Territory Sales Manager in Nashville, TN. He came on board with SRM in 2019. SRM Concrete’s commitment to quality products and service gets Tim excited to start each day. He believes in SRM and what it stands for. In Tim’s spare time, he loves spending time with his two boys, Andrew and Emmett.
