SMYRNA, TN – March 14, 2025

SRM Concrete has announced two key leadership appointments, naming TJ Waters as General Manager of the Upper Cumberland region of Tennessee and Brian Schadler as General Manager of the Eastern Kentucky region.

Waters will oversee operations in Smithville, Cookeville, and Crossville. SRM Concrete CEO Jeff Hollingshead stated, “We’re excited to have TJ lead our locations in the Cookeville region. TJ joined our sales team and made a significant impact on our service, and we are confident his leadership as General Manager will further strengthen our operations.”

Schadler, who began his career with SRM as a mixer operator before moving into dispatch and later serving as RMI in the region, will now lead the Eastern Kentucky market. “We’re looking forward to having Brian step into the GM role in the Eastern Kentucky region,” said Hollingshead. “With his experience in the industry and dedication to excellence, we know Brian will lead our team to continue to provide excellent service to our customers.”
