SRM Concrete has announced the acquisition of Nissen Concrete, a ready-mix concrete supplier with two locations in Toledo and Oregon, Ohio.

CEO, Jeff Hollingshead stated, “We are excited to welcome our new team members from Nissen Concrete into the SRM family. Our operation in Ohio has expanded substantially, and we look forward to continuing to strengthen our service capability in a new market with our new team.”

This marks SRM’s sixth acquisition in Ohio in the last nine months, more than doubling the company’s production capacity in the state. Now with locations in Cincinnati, Springfield, Akron, Cleveland, and Toledo, SRM has solidified its position as one of Ohio’s top ready-mix and concrete product suppliers.
