SRM Concrete has announced the acquisition of assets of R.W. Sidley Incorporated, a ready-mix concrete supplier based out of Painesville, Ohio. This acquisition includes 11 ready-mix plants, one block plant and two aggregate docks.

CEO, Jeff Hollingshead stated, “We are excited to bring the Sidley team onboard here at SRM Concrete. We look forward to strengthening our customer service capabilities in the Northeast Ohio and Western Pennsylvania markets with our new team of experienced operators.”
