SRM Materials has announced the acquisition of Tri-County Stone Company in Morrison, TN.

SRM Materials President, Ryan Hollingshead stated, “We are excited to bring the Tri-County team on board at SRM Materials. This synergistic acquisition will complement our existing quarries in Cowan and Woodbury, TN. We look forward to working alongside our new team members and supplying aggregate to our customers in the area."

This acquisition marks the sixth site for SRM Materials in the state of Tennessee. The Materials division has grown to 23 sites across eight states specializing in limestone, river rock, and sand products.
