SRM Concrete has announced the acquisition of Suburban Materials, a ready-mix concrete supplier located in Glenolden, Pennsylvania.

CEO, Jeff Hollingshead stated, “We are excited to bring the Suburban Materials team onboard here at SRM. We look forward to strengthening our service capabilities in the Philadelphia market with our new team of operators and support staff.”

SRM Concrete entered the Philadelphia market by acquiring USC Atlantic in late 2022. The newly acquired ready-mix plant is positioned near SRM's existing Sharon Hill location.
