SRM Concrete has acquired Bryce Hill Inc. based out of Springfield, Ohio. Included in the acquisition are three ready-mix concrete plants and one block plant.

CEO, Jeff Hollingshead stated, “We are thrilled to welcome nearly 50 new team members into the SRM family. We’ve been serving the Western Ohio market for several years now, and we’re looking forward to strengthening our service capabilities with a great group of operators and support staff.”

SRM now operates 16 ready-mix sites, one quarry, and one block plant in the region.
