Position Overview:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Cabinet Frame Maker to join our esteemed team at Williams Cabinet Company. This individual will play a crucial role in maintaining our reputation for high-quality, handcrafted cabinetry by constructing durable and aesthetically pleasing cabinet frames. The ideal candidate will bring a strong background in woodworking and cabinetry, paired with a meticulous eye for detail and a passion for creating beautiful, functional spaces.

 

Key Responsibilities:

- Interpret blueprints, drawings, and sketches to accurately calculate material requirements and construct cabinet frames.

- Select the finest materials and utilize advanced woodworking techniques to measure, cut, shape, and assemble parts.

- Collaborate with our renowned designers and builders to understand project specifications and exceed client expectations.

- Uphold the highest standards of craftsmanship and quality control throughout the construction process.

- Engage in continuous learning to stay abreast of industry trends and techniques, ensuring our products remain at the forefront of design and functionality.

 

Qualifications:

- Demonstrated experience in cabinet making or carpentry, with a specific focus on frame construction.

- Proficient in using both hand and power tools for woodworking.

- A proven track record of producing high-quality, detailed workmanship.

- Strong ability to read and interpret technical documents and designs.

- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to work effectively within a team.

- Commitment to maintaining a clean and safe work environment.

- Physical stamina for handling heavy materials and standing for extended periods.
