SRM Concrete announced the acquisition of Bowling Green, Kentucky-based ready-mix supplier, Bowling Green Concrete, on Friday, September 17th. With the acquisition, SRM gains three ready-mix plants along with a group of skilled and experienced team members. The city of Bowling Green has shown substantial annual population increases over the last ten years and is projected to show similar growth for years to come.

President, Mike Hollingshead, stated, "We are excited about this acquisition and welcoming the Bowling Green team and their families aboard."
