NASHVILLE, TN - July 21, 2021 - 

Several members of the SRM Concrete team had the privilege of joining the Boys and Girls Clubs of Rutherford County for their two-day annual fishing event. Two groups of 3rd-6th graders had the opportunity to learn to bait, cast, and reel at a stocked pond in Milton, TN.

While a handful of the Club Members proved to be fishing experts, many of them had never held a rod before, so this event was both entertaining and educational.

One of the highlights of the trip happened when a 3rd grader hauled in a 5-pound catfish (with some assistance from SRM team member, Jim White).
