Mccoig Concrete is looking for CDL mixer operators with class A or B, to join our team. We are a family owned, Christian based company that values our drivers. We only send our drivers on local routes so they can be home every night with family and friends.

Mixer Operator Requirements:

• CDL Class A or B
• Minimum 1 year CDL Driving experience Required
• Minimum 2 years Concrete Mixer experience preferred
• Flexible schedule Monday- Saturday
• Ability to work overtime
• Pass pre-employment drug screen
• No felony convictions within the past ten years
• No unexplained gaps in employment
• Good MVR report

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Be a safe operator
• Have a great attitude towards our customers
• Maintain a clean and neat appearance
• You will be assigned a mixer truck, it is your responsibility to keep it clean and report any issues to your supervisor or plant manager

Qualifications:

• Must be able to work a flexible schedule Mon-Saturday (Saturdays are required)
• Minimum 2 years Concrete Mixer Experience preferred
• No felony convictions within the past ten years
• CDL Class A or B
• Ability to work overtime
• Pass pre-employment drug screen
• No unexplained gaps in employment
• Good MVR report

Working Conditions:

• This is an outdoor position 
• Consists of 70% driving and 30% labor outside of the truck
• You will usually stay within a 15-30 mile radius of your plant
• Overtime is mandatory and you will typically work a 10-12 hour day

Physical Requirements:

• Must be able to lift up to 75 lbs
• Must be able to climb a ladder
