SRM Concrete is hiring for a Concrete Block Operator in Tupelo, MS. We are a family owned, Christian based company that values our employees.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Operate block making machine with a focus on safety, quality, and efficiency.
- Clean, inspect, and maintain block machine daily.
- Communicate with plant manager any issues or needed repairs to keep plant running effectively.
- Assist with preventative maintenance and plant repairs as needed.
- Operate rolling equipment as needed.
- Maintain clean and enjoyable work environment.
- Assist in end of shift plant cleanup.
Qualifications:
- Knowledge of experience with Besser and Paco machines
- Ability to perform PMs on the machines
- Ability to study blueprints, schematics, manuals, or other specifications to determine installation procedures or troubleshooting
- Must be able to drive forklift
